The exhibition presents a series of 50 portraits taken by Lucrecia Kelmansky in 2022.

She photographed various ‘workers’ during the At.tension#9 festival.

She invited her photographic subjects to mime everyday or imaginary situations taking place in the toilets, or simply to pose in front of the lens.

 

To stage this installation, we divided the space in two.

On the black side, the 50 portraits scroll by, day and night, on a screen.

On the white side, a photo booth, designed to look like a toilet, invites visitors to take an active part in the project.

 

This installation was open during the At.tension#10 festival in September 2024.
